Chema Hernández is a Spanish painter and photographer born in Salamanca in the early 60s. He lives in Oviedo, Asturias. He practices a documentary type of photography in which he tries to make subjective or emotional aspects of great importance. He is interested in extracting images from the everyday, images with high emotional, symbolic content, or simply images whose formal elements are interesting.
